1. Creating a Schedule Template

Navigate to the Schedule section from the main sidebar navigation.

Switch to the Schedule Template tab and click + Template to launch the template configuration drawer.

Enter a descriptive name in the Schedule Title field (e.g., *Standard Office Shift*, *Morning Operations*).

Provide optional context in the Description field outlining the operational expectations or roles for this shift.
2. Configuring Work Hours, Breaks & Days Off

Specify the allowed rest period in the Break Duration (Minutes) field (e.g., 30, 45, or 60 minutes).

In the Weekly Holidays section, select the checkboxes for non-working days (e.g., Saturday and Sunday). Checked days are automatically marked as rest days with zero required work hours.

For the active working days, define the designated shift start (In Time) and shift end (Out Time).

Optional Click Apply to All to quickly replicate the first workday's start and end times across all remaining active workdays.

Click Submit to store the template in your organization's schedule library.
3. Assigning Schedules to Personnel

Return to the Schedule overview table and click + Assign Schedule in the upper-right toolbar.

Select the target team member from the Employee searchable dropdown.

Select the desired shift model from the Template dropdown.

Click Submit to finalize the assignment. The employee's attendance calculations, grace periods, and overtime logs will immediately sync with their new schedule.
